Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were the first to set foot on the moon on the Apollo 11 spacecraft in 2969, and as a result, Omega have released this 42mm titanium and PVD commemorative piece. A laser carefully removes material from the dial to leave behind the subdials and hour markers for a great looking 3D effect.
Precision cut dial
Rose gold adorns the hour markers and hands while Omega’s own Sedna gold can be found on the bezel which has a matte black ceramic ring. We love the sapphire crystal that is raised to give the watch a vintage look. The brown NATO strap also adds a nice touch to the overall watch. Limited to 1969 pieces, this watch will be priced at USD$7,700.
